How To Flash Blank WAN Using SPI Flasher

This tutorial will show you a step by step procedure on how to Flash BM622 using SPI Programmer. Credit to kasamiko.

Requirements:

Download SPI FLASH Programmer
Download Hex Editor HEX Workstation
Download RBT USB TV-DVD_EEPROM_

Procedure:

Step1. Be sure to be connected the programmer to voltage source 9-12VDC at least 500mA.

Step2. Connect your LPT/PRINTER cable socket of the programmer. DO NO USED USB-LPT CONVERTER! It will NOT work!

Step3. Run the software and SELECT your LPT Port.

Step4. After selecting the port where the programmer is connected, TEST HARDWARE . Make sure to be DETECTED the programmer.

Step5. Once your programmer is detected, CALIBRATE nyo na.

Step6. Now we are ready for programming...

After Verify Device you done..

How To Put MAC?On your HEX Editor Find a MAC with COLON :
the orig mac address is 40:4d:8e:6c:1b:da
just type first 6digit of mac during search
40:4d:8e:6c:1b:d9 ( minus 1)
you can now change mac address.....
if the working mac address look like this
40:4d:8e:6c:1c:88 - working macthis is the mac you need to enter - 1 (minus 1)
40:4d:8e:6c:1c:87
if you are in doubt here is the guide on how to - (minus) letters= for wan mac, on offset 0008000C or 0007FFFF and the text you will be going to edit, minus 1 to the last digit ng mac..= for lan mac, on offset ec0066 and the hex you will be going to edit, plus 1 to the last digit..
