Note: If you are running 2.2 please update your device first to 2.3 and root it and install CWM in it before proceeding. Try to google it. If you are running 2.3 but not yet rooted and no CWM recovery installed, click here.

1. Download the two files and place both in a folder or a location in your device's internal storage where you can easily find it. Don't unzip, just copy and paste the files.
2. Back up all your important data (apps, contacts, etc.). You can do this or not if there's nothing important to back up.
3. Power off your tablet.
4. Enter CWM recovery by powering your device off and then powering it back on while keeping the ‘Volume-Up’ button pressed.
5. While navigating on CWM use Volume up and down as directional buttons and Power as enter button.
6. Select wipe/data factory reset. Select wipe cache partition and go to "advanced" and select "wipe dalvik cache" and once finished, press the back button of your tab.
7. Now select the “install zip from sdcard” option and then choose “choose zip from sd card” option. Go to the folder where you placed the cm11 file and select it. Your system will reboot because it will first update your CWM to CWM v6.
